Shipping and Returns Policy

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order and know the facts before your order.

Warranty and Support

Warranty and support is with the Manufacturer, not by us. We will do our best to help you but we do not provide Technical Support or help with any installation beyond normal shipping or first time basic operation.

The Electronic items have full manufacture warranty (1 to 3 years depending on type and make)

Cancellation Policy

If your order is not shipped yet, it can be canceled with no charge.

If an order is canceled after the unit is shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable.

(this even applies to zero shipping order products, actual shipping will be deducted, this also applies if you find a cheaper price or change your mind for any reason after the unit is shipped because the shipping companies will not refund our money once the unit is shipped)

If an order is refused, the shipping charges and restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping Policy

We ship to 48 states only, We require prepaid payment for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO addresses or any Foreign State. The shipping Charges to these areas are higher than standard shipping and we may require additional shipping.

All units are insured against damage or loss. A Tracking number is emailed to you automatically when the order has been processed and shipped. We normally ship the order after 1-2 business days (M-F).

Defective Unit Policy

If the unit is defective (not physically) within 14 days of receipt, as a courtesy we can arrange for a replacement once we get the defective unit back.
(we may pay shipping both ways). You are required to notify us in writing within 14 days and Get an RMA from us for exchange. Original manufacturer Box and all content and packaging is required. UPC label with serial # must be intact and match the unit on the box. No physical damage must be on the shipping box.

If the unit is found not defective, we will charge shipping both ways plus a 25% restocking fee.
The customer must contact manufacturer for any other problem after 14 days for direct warranty support.

Return Policy

Some items are non-returnable. These include but are not limited to: All Software, Games, Special order Items, Extended warranty, Home theater audio, Cameras, Televisions 55" or larger,........

For other items, If the unit is not used and brand new and still in original factory box, it can be returned back minus shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Customer is also responsible for shipping and Insurance charges for sending the unit back (unless the unit was damaged or was defective). Original Box is required. If the unit is found used, opened or altered upon inspection by us, a minimum of 25% restocking will be charged.

Physical Damage policy (please read)

Some Important notes regarding TV shipment:
All 55" TV units and higher are shipped on a pallet and there is very little chance of damage.
However, Even though this is very very rare, but we still have to mention the following rules forced to us by the shipping companies.
(this applies to smaller TV units and FEDEX and UPS as well)
We need your help to make sure that you and us are both protected in case of any damage or mis-handling of the product.** Once you sign the shipping receipts, the freight companies would not accept any claims for any damage if you do not note it on the bill of lading.
** It is very important that you see and look for any sign of damage at the time of receipt and mention it on the bill.
** It is also required that you open up and inspect the TV visually and making sure it is not damaged inside before signing the receipt.
(if not possible, please mention subject to inspection on the bill of lading)
** It is required that you plug in the TV and see it function properly within 24 hours of receipt for any hidden damage (concealed damage).
(in some cases, visually checking the blank screen may not show the damage and we recommend that you plug in the power to TV and inspect the unit with a white background)
** You must notify us in writing (email) if there is any problem or hidden damage within 48 hours of receipt.
** No returns, exchange or refund if you do not notify us of the damage within time allowed (vacation, holidays can not extend this timetable)
** 14 days is the maximum amount of time allowed to inspect the unit for any other problem.

Other General Policy

  • All credit card orders originated from Foreign countries or with AVS mismatch will be rejected and cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for the reasons we find necessary to protect us and our site.
  • All sales are final and all opened boxed units or used units can not be returned.
  • No returns after 30 days for any reason.
  • No price protection. Electronic item prices change often without our control and we can not control when they change. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time for any specials or events. No price protection after the goods are shipped.
